Dr. Thomas TM Chang, MD

One of the most unprofessional and impatient doctors I have ever met in my life. Very poor bedside manners and just doesn't care. They also will not release any records which you're entitled to unless you show up in their office in person. Is this legal? What if you've moved out of state? All they care about is just packing patients in with not an ounce of care.

DR. CHANG MAY APPEAR ABRUPT OR COLD AT TIMES. HOWEVER, I WENT THERE LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT MD ONE TECHNICALLY PROFICIENT. AND DR. CHANG FITS THE BILL. PROFESSIONALLY, HE QUESTIONS HIS PATIENTS, DETERMINES WHY THEY ARE THERE, AND THEN DOES THE APPROPRIATE TESTS TO PRECISELY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. HE IS SUPER-EFFICIENT AND THIS MAY CONTRIBUTE TO PATIENTS OFTEN THINKING THAT HE IS ABRASIVE AND COLD. HE IS SWIFT IN HIS WORK, AND I CERTAINLY FELT THAT THE TIME HE DEVOTED TO ME WAS SUFFICIENT TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. HE WORKS FAST AND ACCURATELY, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. HIS STAFF IS PLEASANT, POLITE AND CONCERNED. THE OFFICE IS CHEERFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, AND FILLED WITH THE LATEST AND GREATEST EQUIPMENT. IF YOU WANT A FRIEND WITH WHOM TO CHAT, GO TO FACEBOOK! BUT IF YOU WANT AN EXCELLENT OPTHALMOLOGIST, DO SEE DR. CHANG.

Dr. Chang is very good at what he does. However, if you want a doctor with bedside matters - Dr. Chang is not for you. He is very head strong, opinionated and very arrogant. Therefore, if you are looking for an opthalmologist that would listen to your opinion, then Dr. Chang is not the doctor for you. Otherwise, he is an excellent doctor.
