The first time that I went and seen him I had busted my eardrum he was not very warm at first I was trying to crack jokes with him but he finally came around and he's very funny Doctor I recommend him to anyone thank you Doctor chasse

I acknowledge that this Dr. is very intelligent but my very first visit with him went completely horrible. I felt he was not rude but came off very strong and felt that he was condescending about me and the choices made in the past that I had no control over. I left the office and told myself I would never go back and had waited nearly 2 months just to get into this office. I received a phone call 2 weeks after my visit letting me know he was no longer with the practice. I told them I was glad and explained my situation. I chose to go to a different ENT office and was so surprised at my first visit to be treated like a patient should be. I have never in my adult life experienced a Dr. this way. If I get billed for his visit I am going to protest it.

Rude and condescending. Asks questions but then doesn’t listen to the patient. He’s rough with pediatric patients and throws around his number of years of experience in a response to criticism. Run when a physician does this. He is in Peoria, IL on a short term contract. Go elsewhere!

The fee was high for the time he spent and then he told me to get a hearing test.

Had serious bleeding after surgery. Called his office and told to go to ER. The ER called his office and he refused to come in to see me. Told the nurse "On the record, I am not on call." They had to send me to another hospital to see another ENT.
