Dr. Chelimsky misdiagnosed me for a significant amount of time, and continued to dismiss me even after I had a concerning muscle biopsy. Had I not seen Dr. Chelimsky, I could have been receiving proper care for my progressive neuromuscular disease far earlier. I am now properly diagnosed and seen at a Muscular Dystrophy Association Center of Excellence, and I am thankful to finally have providers that truly care about me and treat me with respect and dignity.

I had the same experience as an earlier reviewer. My experience here was horrible and traumatic - a total waste of time and money. He told me right out that he didn't care about me. He doesn't respect the patients or even look at them as human beings. They are nothing to him. This doctor is totally unorganized and is more interested in self-promotion and self-image than patient care. Don't waste your time here because you'll get nothing but frustration.

This doctor is brilliant and an excellent diagnostician. He cares about his patients. Dr. Chelimsky's work on autonomic problems has helped people around the world.

I have had the hardest time with this office. The staff are very unprofessional. They are sarcastic and insulting. They do not take the time to understand the problem. The doctor NEVER returns calls (Even if the situation is dire). He does not return calls through the answering service when he is on call either. If I were you, I would consider any other Neurologist. This has been the most traumatizing event for my family ever. There are other Neurologist, and I suggest you do further research before allowing yourself the grief of associating with this practice. (I am very sincere) I do not like to bash, or degrade people's characters. But, if I can save someone the grief I had to endure, it is well worth it. Please consider this before you make a big mistake.
