Dr Tom Chin is a rip-off, he only wants to see you for your 6 month check up, do not get sick in between, he will not see you, could care less about his patients, rude staff, all they care about is the insurance, DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME

Dr. Thomas Chen (653 N Town Ctr) is not a thoughtful doctor. It was nearly a year past before I wanted to see him, but when I called the office recently to make an appointment, he refused me to see him because I was told I didn't see him for a long time. I told the lady I was healthy and why I should see Dr. Chen very often - once a year is enough for me. I know myself. Dr. Chen also missed me some prescriptions from my last visit to him.... If you want to see him, you'd better see him more often unlike me seeing him once a year, ....

Our son is a patient with Dr. Chen and needs a physical, they said they can't fit him in the next 30 days for a 10 minute physical. Shame on you for first not calling me back and second for not seeing your patient.

Will spend time with you to talk about any problems bothering you. Excellent bed side manner.

The doctor and staff are always kind. They refill my meds promptly, are always pleasant. Sometimes a little wait on hold, but they answer the phones.

Rude staff, dirty office, and unnecessary tests ordered by doctor. His nurse was actually ok. Funny and honest. I was looking for the restroom and went the wrong way, I walked into a room and walked out immediatly! Full of papers and trash everywhere. Never seen such an unsanitary place. Especially being a doctors office. Won't be going back! I also requested my medical records a month ago and still not ready. They keep making excuses!

Clean Clinic & a very friendly staff with a Doctor who cares about your wellness

Scheduled annual physical for a few days before my insurance benefit year ends. Saw doctor. He ordered blood tests and said come back in 1-2 weeks. Upon checkout the office staff tells me I must pay my deductible because they are billing insurance for a new patient exam and will bill insurance for my free wellness exam on the next visit. I became upset so they tell me to wait and they'll talk to the doctor. After several minutes they tell me they will bill for a wellness exam if I have an EKG done. I didn't have time to wait. A few days later I requested my blood test results and they tell me I can't have them until after my follow up visit. Because of this I cancel my follow up. They still refuse to give me a copy of my test results unless I schedule another appointment. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Whenever I asked to speak to the doctor or office manager I was told they are not available. They are holding my blood test results hostage! I would not recommend this… doctor.
