Dr. Notes (parentheses mine):Over the last several months the patient has had multiple complaints including headache, skin (wrinkling), skin not growing (healing back), nails (all of them) not growing... He is also quite concerned that his cholesterol has increased (80 pts) over the last several months...I again tried to convince the patient that the unifying diagnosis would be anxiety. Patient does not want to hear this.' End Notes Now, I do not know about you, but I have never heard of any of that other than the headache (which I told him had been gone for almost a year) has anything to do with anxiety. Nowhere can I find this in the DSM-V.Fast forward to today, I am no longer able to participate in my daily activities, I have no hunger or thirst, and have not slept in a very, VERY long time. And all of that is there still and worse. And this could have all been avoided had he taken me seriously.

I'm glad I found Dr.Thomas Cherry, for immigration physical examination. He was kind, very easy to work with, courteous and directed exactly what i need to do. He finalized tests and vaccines needed and also guided me where I can take them. He made follow-up appointment in a day that suits me.
