Only seemed interested in getting insurance information, very unprofessional in the scheduling process and just over all. Would not recommend or return.

The doctor is rude and refers to any patients on Medicaid as "you people". If you ask questions to try to understand the treat plan he yells at you for questioning him. The wait time is 3 plus hours for them to spend 20 mins with child. The office is dark, dirty, and over packed. This is a Medicaid farm. They Don't treat you like a human but a farm animal. Please find another option this place it horrible

Don't know-how this jerk stays in business

The office manager Mary Lou was very unprofessional and rude. She claims to be a certified treatment coordinator but i don't think so. They old fashion with old outdated technology. No credit card machine at my location. The little mexican girl calls the Cards in to the main office while patients listening. They totally violates hippa laws and the office manager allows patients too come behind the front counter while other patients charts are open. Wait time is like literally three hours maybe more if you waiting on xrays. I feel bad for te three black assistants. I hate when Mary Lou is at thr front counter. She talks to you like you a dog and she your owner. Why she still there? I wonder. Horrible experience.

Please do yourself a favor a do not subject your child to this nightmare of an Orthodontist office.

The staff doesn't ever know the full details of anything. The office manager is very unprofessional. She doesn't return phone calls or picks up the line when you call and waiting on the line for over 20 minutes for her to pickup. This was my first and last experience with this office and staff.

dont ignore other reviews....i did......we did end up getting very low cost braces with insurance we had and was why we chose dr. clower, we only had one other chose and they wanted to pull teeth so I opted for dr. clower......teeth do seem to be straight so job was done, but what you have to go to to make appts, get a hold of staff, or get any info for that matter is uttery ridiculous......almost every time I go in another client is complaining to staff......I can't count the number of times charts were lost etc......we just drove all the way there to be told the aligner that my daughter got fitted for last appt. could not be found and had to make another appt.....stuff like this was happening constantly over the 4 years we've gone there.I just would say do not go here if you can help it!

This orthodontist and his staff has to be the WORST in Georgia. He is very unprofessional and nonchalant.

I really would NEVER recommend this orthodontist to anyone the service is absolutely terrible there is minimal space to even move around and the staff is very unprofessional PLEASE find another orthodontist if possible .

This office was extrememly dirty and in desparate need of a makeover. The front staff was friendly and helpful, however the doctor and assistants were rude, and unfriendly. They have way to many kids scheduled at once. About 8 kids waiting while three are getting work done. After speaking with parents in the waiting room, none of them were happy with their experience there and only use this doctor because there are no other options in our area without driving 30 miles. I wish Wellcare would get on the ball and check this office out. He should not be practicing orhthodonics!
