Dr. Thomas Jeffrey Coffman, MD

He refused to read or follow a course of treatment initiated by a specialist and a team of nine Infectious Disease Physicians. He stopped the treatment, causing the patient's infection to flare and the patient was never able to regain the progress he had made before the treatment was stopped. He was reported to the hospital and rude to all of us.

This man is cocky, [Not necessarily a bad thing if your good] rude, and does not care for patient or there family.

I am a 30 year old woman who has gone from 160 lbs to 115 in less then a years time. I have had blood tests, stool studies, colon and endo scopes and no one can tell me what is wrong. I was recommmened to Dr. Coffman but for finicial reasons had to put the first appointment off. Two months later, feeling worse then ever I decided that I needed to just go and see if they could help. First call they said they would call me right back after they talked to the doctor, Second call two days later they said they still hadn't figured out which doctor I was going to visit, third call they set my appointment. Once I got there I waited for 45 minutes then asked the Admin how much longer I was going to wait, at that time I was informed they double booked the appointment and I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes. I have to make up missed time from work and work only a 5 minute walk from the office. I would have rescheduled before I would have sat there for an hour waiting and no one there… felt the curtousy to tell me I was going to wait. I am still sick and don't know now where to go. What I do know is I don't want to go back to a place where even seeing the doctor is impossible, at that hoping someone can help me.
