Dr. Thomas Kane Conner JR., MD

Dr Connor jr. Is a doctor that will write multiple scripts for the same narcotics painkillers for six months when you're supposed to walk in and get them. He also will see people who steal meds. He doesn't care that he prescribes narcotics to people who have no proven problem. This same patient steals his partners meds and goes through twice as many as he should. People who have proven problems he drops and doesn't tell them why.

He is a very thoughtful and non-judgemental doctor which you don't get very often in Utah. He will think about your questions and give you an honest answer without feeling like a freak. He has always taken great care of me and my family. Yes, he is getting busier but I think that is to be expected when you find a really good doctor. His staff is fantastic, his Secretary is always very polite and his nurse always answers my questions. You may have to wait for him but it is worth it.

When I first started going to Dr. Conner, I was very impressed. The longer I have gone to him, the less impressed I am. He now rushes through appointments, where he used to actually take the time to understand the issues. I feel like a number instead of a patient now. I go to his PA instead, at least she is more compassionate. I will likely be moving away from the practice entirely because I have been not pleased with the wait and the way they do their billing.

I really enjoy having Dr. Conner as my physician. Generally don't have problems with staff. Very nice and courteous. Thanks!

I really like Dr.Conner. He's been my Dr for many years now. I only have a few things I think could be improved on. One is that he's always extremely overbooked and that makes appointment waiting times extremely long. I always make sure to plan to have between 3-4 hours when I go in, even though the actual appointment is only 15-20 minutes long. The second thing is that he stopped making phone calls to patients that just need to briefly speak to him to inform him of something like a recent ER visit or a question that they have with health or reactions to meds. Now you have to try and get it done through a nurse or secretaries and hope you get the answer needed but you usually don't. And lastly, if you have any problems with a member of his office staff, your complaints go no where. One person specifically that I have had many many issues with, because she's disrespectful and often lies, is still employed there even though upon discussing it with the people in the office, I am told many… patients have had problems with her. So if you have to deal with a girl that works for him as one of his secretaries, named Sarah, GOOD LUCK!! But his nurse Becky, is GREAT! So other than those few things, I love Dr.Conner and would recommend him to anyone.
