Dr. Thomas Francis Cook, MD

I went in today for my first appointment with Dr. Cook. It was a referral from my doctor. The office staff were very nice. The doctor’s Assistant was very thorough. Dr. Cook was efficient, knowledgeable, and decisive. He explained everything and answered every question. Very pleased with the experience. Now we have to see if the action plan works.

Just had a horrible experience at this doctor office. Had two visits and will never and will be seeking a second opinion on his diagnosis.

New patient, had to fill out pre-appointment paperwork which was anticipated. 20 minute wait to be called back, and then another approximate hour wait for the doctor to see me in the room. Left there with an unclear diagnosis and what needed to be done. Lab work had to be completed, and I had to call back 1 1/2 weeks later to get results. The staff did not call me back. I will finish with this treatment, but I would not return to this doctor for any future treatment.

It will take some time to be seen by the Doc, even if you have set an appointment. Staff was pretty average not very courteous. However, The doc did accurately diagnose my problem and helped me treat it.

I have been a patient of Dr Cook for over 13 years He is an exceptional Doctor .I WOULD NOT CHANGE FOR ANYTHING. I refer him to everyone I know.

If the Dr was not reffered by someone for me I would not come back. The wait time is so rediculous and the lady at front signing you in is a rude joke. Even as a Raider fan (her top had an emblem) she was rude. Waited an hour in the waiting room and another 45 minutes in back room. I will not be back or refer anyone.

Every time I visit the office I have had to wait up to or over an hour.

Does a great job!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Cook's and find him and the office to be top notch. If there has ever been a wait, as is common in most thorough physician offices, it is never very long. Quality care!!
