I sought out Dr. Costello at ENT Consultants a few weeks ago for a second opinion for suspicious a "mass" in my ear. From my first call to his office I was treated with professionalism, care & concern & scheduled an appointment immediately. Dr. Costello is professional, thorough, personable & a highly skilled, experienced ENT. Dr. Costello completely explained my CT scan in detail - the "mass" was a clump of dead skin cells. He removed it in I'd say 10 seconds with no discomfort. Gone! Dr. Costello also went through my electronic chart going back years on this bothersome ear. I don't think he could have been more detailed, more interested or more determined to come up with a plan of treatment! I left his office feeling great relief and with a solid treatment plan going forward. Dr. Costello is truly a Top Notch Physician.

Just had my first visit with Dr Costello and he couldn’t have been nicer and more thorough in his questions analysis and overall medical diagnosis I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing great medical care

Dr. Costello is great! He has incredible bedside manner and remembered things about my job and other aspects of my life after only meeting him a couple times. I can tell he is extremely knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable going to him for a variety of issues. After having many condescending/dismissive doctors over the years, I'm so glad I found Dr. Costello. Highly recommend him.
