Dr. Thomas Philip Cox, MD

This doctor showed no compassion for me. Some of his staff is very rude, especially the receptionist area. If i could give him 0 stars i would. I would not recommend him.

Excellent beside manner.

I've been a patient for about 7 yrs after my previous PCP retired. Dr. Cox is a good listener and always pays attention to my issues. He is patient and kind. I seek his advice before calling the specialist who has to care for my neurological condition. The staff is friendly and does their best to get me a convenient appointment. Test results are always reported promptly so I'm not left guessing how the tests turned out.

Dr. Cox is a fine doctor, serious about his profession, flexible hours, reliable, no difficulty reaching him for appointments, or questions, good sense of humor. His partner is also excellent.

on top of completley neglecting a more serious illness, his entire staff are very rude, and unprofessional. i was given two specialist names that were reffered to me by him, but his receptionist told me she could not give me the phone numbers of them from "where she was sitting" i called several time during the week asking to speak to the doctor personally and never got a phone call back from him. I will never go back to thomas cox, and i wouldn't recommend anyone else to go to him either!
