Dr. Thomas Crisp, DO

I am shocked. This guy was my best Doctor I have had in over 20 years. I miss and liked Dr. Crisp. I want him back! You people that wrote something negative were more thank likely shopping for drugs or whatever and when you didn't get it? You wrote these poison pen reviews. This guy was thorough and honest and upfront with me. And probably saved my life. Caught everything on my symptoms and diagnosed me when others could not. I owe this man a lot. Wish I could see him now.

I found this jerk through my insurance company and I COULDNT BE MORE DISPLEASED! He continually argued with me for over six months of chronic pain, nausea and vomiting and weight loss. I asked him several times to consider even simple lab work to check for a reoccurence of cancer. I finally saw another physician in the office that recognized right away I needed immediate medical care, and of course I wasted precious time with Dr Crisp that ultimately did conclude cancer. I am now in hospice care and feel if he would have considered my history instead of arguing with. me I. could have gotten decent medical care I feel I deserved early on. He also refused to assist me with my disability papers for work. so i was left high and dry by him once again! Very frustrating! I dont know why he did this?

As a mom I am very picky about who takes care of my children. I have gone to several pediatricians and family doctors searching for a doctor with a good bedside manner, one whom is knowledgeable and a doctor that truly cares about his patients. I found that in Doctor Crisp. I truly could not be happier with the care we receive by him AND his nurse. Doctor Crisp is amazing at making my children feel comfortable and even look forward to their appointments. He spends time getting to know you and really listening and explaining himself. He does not order unnecessary tests like so many other doctors do. He even called me personally to give me results instead of making me come in for another visit to pay another copay. He understands financial times are tough and doesn't have the mentality of "pay or get lost" like so many other doctors. I recommend Doctor Crisp to my family, friends, anyone looking for a Doctor with compassion and overall genuinely good care.

It is clear that the negative reviews here were written by spetty nurses/associates that feel threatened by his forward method of medicine. My brother and myself have been seeing Crisp for 4years and could never say enough good things about him! My brother and I are highly active adults with complex medical issues. Dr. Crisp has been essential to the recovery of our many injuries and crucial to our healthy futures with his diverse and forward thinking preventative care. If you want a brilliant, open and REAL gentleman as your care provider, go with Crisp!

Has been in "Hot Water" so many times, He might have had to go to some sort of retraining program in ethics and customer service skills refreshers. As for the gal that saw him once when she wasnt able to see her regular primary, of course he will be great to you on your first and probably only visit, as he does not want to cause waves with his co-workers again. He was asked to leave his Valley practice against his will, and forced to begrudgingly go to the north side office. Terrible customer service skills, and you can tell he himself has had many addiction issues, as he is VERY quick to become vengeful.

would never ever refer anyone to him not even a dog.

The provider I usually see was not able to see me for days and I was ill. Am shocked at the reviews I read. Dr. Crisp had a great bed side manner, was polite, and let me know exactly what he thought was the issue. I have a background in healthcare and agreed with him I just needed to make sure before the weekend hit since I am not a doctor. If my regular provider was not available again I would see Dr Crisp again.

GREAT "BEDSIDE MANNER". VERY INTERESTED IN YOUR HEALTH AND ASKS QUESTIONS. COMMUNICATES VERY WELL AND IS WILLING TO RESEARCH AND GET BACK TO YOU! GLAD TO HAVE FOUND A GREAT DOC!

Not a good experience. Staff has no sense of humor - not friendly. My wife and I walked out scratching our heads. We spent a half hour with him & when we compared notes, we didn't understand what had transpired. Easy to get an appointment, but now I see why.

Wonder how he made it out of med school. Mean spirited and overly judgmental. Will talk over you and raise his voice to you. Worst doctor in Washington state.
