I learned of my new diagnosis of macular degeneration from his technician and nurse. Very disappointed that the doctor does not communicate with patients about their condition!!

I am so pleased to report that I had excellent care with Dr Croley and the entire staff of the Central Florida Eye Institute. From my very first visit for an consultation to my last. Everyone from the lady at the outside desk taking temperature and escorting me into the building.was so pleasant. My surgery was successful and imagine they actually give their patients a sweet little bouquet of flowers to take home with you. Highly recommend Dr Croley and his entire staff!

My mother in law has been to see Dr. Croley several times and every time he's very rude to her, she will not be returning. I wish we would've seen these other remarks, may have swayed her to stay away! If there was a negative star I would choose that!

worst experience in a doctors office ever, waited 2 houres for the surgery ,got up and left,staff has no idea what they are doing,croley spent about 45 seconds with me,horrible

Horrible doctor, would never recommend to anyone

Dr. Crowley recommended the cataract lens that were INCORRECT for me. They cost $2,000 each. I couldn't see from day one, staff feel me a line about my vision would get better - never did. Dr. Crowley just about tried to avoid speaking to me - I have never had such a negative experience with any doctors in my almost 80 years of living.

Dr. Croley performed surgery on my grandparents years ago and now my parents they all have had great results, would highly recommend him.

Dr Croley did a good job with the cataract surgery. The followup was a problem. I had blurring and after 3 visits to Croley who checked my eyes each time and pronounced me in good shape despite the blurring and backed quickly out of the room nothing was resolved. I went to another eye doctor who informed me that the lens implanted has protein or particles on it and I needed a YagLaser to clear them. I went back to Croley's office and had yet another eye exam by Carla (abrupt tech) after I told her I had blurring. I told her then I was told I needed Yag laser and she then examined my eyes again and said oh yes, you do. When from there to be examined by Dr Croley and again he pronounced my eyes in fine shape despite the blurring. I stopped him and said I was told by Carla I needed the Yag Laser and why was this not found before. He became cynical and kept backing out of the room. He said I didn't have the blurring before. I told him he just missed it today. He brushed me off and said "we… are done here" Billing in the office said my insurance had a deductible of $150 per eye so I called my insurance. Croley's office did not even have the right branch of the insurance when they quoted me. Turns out my insurance covers all but $30 Buyer beware and check out everything that you are told.
