I was referred to Dr Cunningham from a friend. He was so patient with me. I have white coat fear to the point of shaking. I brought a letter and a binder with copies of some of my results. He listened to me and went over pros and cons for treatment without judgment. I felt seen and understood. I feel like he will look up stuff in my chart to verify we are on a good course of action. Not all doctors would consider quality of life from a patient's point of view. Whatever time I have left I want to be able to enjoy it healthily. If that means 5 years, 15, 30 I want to be able to travel, connect with my amazing husband, and have a full life. It's quality over quantity and at 58 I need to seize it now.

A couple of my questions went unanswered. I remembered to answer them twice but then forgot. I did not receive any instructions about what potential complications of the biopsy could be, and what to do if they occurred. In my prior location, I would be handed this info on a piece of paper. Nothing was mentioned.

Dr Cunningham is brilliant. He saw me one time and diagnosed a problem that has been very difficult to access. I have been not just uncomfortable for years but as time progresses over the years, I became mireserable. I am grateful that he took me as a patient. His training was wonderful as he is very capable and assuring. He has lovely kind bedside manner which everyone appreciates in a Surgeon. I highly recommend him. On a 1-10 I give him a 15.
