Dr. Davis always takes his time to explain changes in my vision. He listens to my concerns. I have been using Dr. Davis for many years. No bad experiences with office or Dr. Davis.

My appointment was very good and did not take long

My eye doctor for many years. He did my cataract surgery and is a friend to me who cares about me. Thanks Y’all for your kindness andp comfortable caring.

Dr. Davis and his staff in the clinic area are fantastic. They are kind, respectful, and explain procedures. But, for the third visit in 2 yrs, the reception and checkout staff were intentionally dismissive and rude. Once again, not one of the 3 staff in reception/checkout would acknowledge anyone’s arrival, would make eye contact or return a pleasantry like “Good Morning”, “Thank You”, “Have a good Day!” After having worked directly with patients, and in a medical office situation for 40 years, I find this behavior unprofessional and offending. They seem to be miserable people who never have a good day. I’m truly surprised Dr. Davis does not personally correct this situation, which sets the tone for everyone’s visit experience. I would send this review personally to the office, but no option is available.

His red headed nurse was outside my room making fun of patients. He barely said 2 words during my 3 minute eye exam.

Wonderful service from the doctors at the Davis eye clinic. Dr Bedsole is the best, she treated me for an eye infection and diagnosis for dry eyes while we were on vacation and the ladies at the front were so caring and could see I was in pain.

Very happy with service. Never a long wait for an appointment or once in office. First time I saw him he found an issue that had been missed by prior MD.

He was so rushed I felt I was on an assembly line. He was rude and patronizing, refused to listen and appeared hostile if questioned or asked for more information. Will not go back!

The doctor and staff were all very nice. Dr. Davis spent an ample amount of time with me, diagnosed my problem, and gave me eye drops, which have worked amazingly well. I will be returning next year for my exam, and have already made an appointment here for both of my children. Very satisfied!
