Few doctors in this day and age spend enough time with their patients. Insurance companies make it hard for people to take care of their needs in one visit. Dr. Dawson has always afforded me the time necessary to address my concerns. He is good at what he does and if he doesn't know, he sends you to a specialist that does know instead of "guessing" your problems. I trust him completely with my health.

Dr. Dawson has been our family physician for 5 years now, my daughter moved to Texas and she can't find anyone like him, he is the kindest, most caring physician I have even been to, he is knowledgable and spends time with you, he has a sense of humor and listens..I truly recommend him to anyone...

Dr Dawson is a warm, caring professional who treats his patients like human beings. He actually listens and remembershis patients from visit to visit. He is not shy about referring a specialist when necessary. I have never been treated with anything but respect. I highly recommend this doctor. He has treated my entire family from the time my children were little. Even my doctor-shy husband who is willing to have regular physicals for the first time in his adult life beginning at the age of almost 45 which was twenty years ago.
