Thomas A. DeVol, D.D.S. is the newest member to the dental team at The Smile Centre in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, and we are proud to have him as a new addition to our outstanding team. Dr. DeVol is a native of Kokomo, Indiana and was raised in the Indianapolis area of Indiana.
Dr. DeVol completed his undergraduate study at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana in 1978 and then graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis in 1984.
He has practiced dentist in Sarasota and Venice, Florida since moving to Sarasota in 1985.
Dr. DeVol especially enjoys general dentistry and working with crown and bridgework; he is also very skilled with dentures and providing his patients the smile they have dreamed about having again. Dr. DeVol's "mission" is to help his patients maintain the smile you have had and to preserve your teeth in a …planned, deliberate manner. He can assure his patients that their experience in his dental chair will be as relaxing and comfortable as possible, and his patients have an incredible amount of trust and faith in his work.
When Dr. DeVol is not fixing smiles, he enjoys collecting vintage items from the 1950's and 1960's, scrapbooking, reading, music, and travel. He is also a Charter Member and Board Member of the Gulf Coast Men's Chorus.
