Dr. Thomas Jude Difilippo, DO

Dr. Difilippo office is bad with referrals and getting prescriptions. I waited 3 weeks to get a referral I had to make a visit to office to complain. Currently waiting on another referral.

he is sooooooo rude he send me to spliests and then when i ask him about my tests he said well i don't want to talk about it you have to talk to the doctor that order the scan yet he can give me medication and put me away and with the cancer and a loss of the family member and everything is on me how am i suppose to feel he's my doctor and like everyone else said he doesn't remember you from eve tadam and he never answers you he just cares about the money and getting out but love making you wait his nurses are just has bad

This doctor seems to care more about typing on his laptop than talk to his patients. He barely makes eye contact with you and tell you and when you ask he is rude and unfriendly. His nurse shows similar tendencies; no wonder.

Best dr in town. Been his patient for 10 years.

My last visit was a terrible experience that ended with my ear drum being scraped when the nurse botched a basic procedure. Add to that the consistent hour+ wait time and the body odor smell of the office and I will happily not be returning to this doctor.

I first encountered Dr. DiFillipo in the late 1990's when he first came to the Hammond Clinic. He was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about patients. I also recently stopped seeing him as he seemed to be simply "going through the motions" with patients. Perhaps he'll change back to his previous personality!

After over 10 yrs, he has no idea who I am. I greeted him in a restaurant, & he walked right on past me. He doesn't look over your medical history until he comes in the examining room - he then quickly scans his computer. He'll ask his usual list of questions - did you have your flu shot? did you have the pneumonia vaccine? You have to tell him what tests you need - and then call him for your results. We were transferred to him when our dr left family practice. I decided after my appt today that I need a change to a more caring concerned physician.

he dosen't get back to you after you had tests done or x-rays he lets you hang he seem to do wonder on tests but lousy on letting you know how it went shame shame

I had a question for him and I am tired of all of these tests and nothing Call to tell him that I have 2 bites on the back of my neck that burns the doctor who did the brain scan saw it but no answer just want him to know hope no harm done

He is not only clueless about your medical history (even if you have seen him for the past 5-6 years), he is very rude with his comments.
