Thomas DiMaria, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in liver and kidney transplantation. He provides post-transplant care including treatment for kidney or liver rejection, renal biopsies, routine and complex immunosuppression management and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder. He also treats various infections in post-transplant patients including Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, BK polyomavirus and urinary tract infections.Mr. DiMaria has a clinical interest in quality improvement and noninvasive evaluation of acute transplant renal allograft dysfunction.A certified nurse practitioner, he completed his nursing training at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.As a native of northeastern Pennsylvania, Mr. DiMaria is dedicated to understanding and addressing his community's unique needs, caring for the people in his own backyard.
