Ignorant, rude, presumptuous and unwilling to try and genuinely help.

I have been seeing Dr. D. for eleven years, and have received great cate every time.

Dr. Dlugos has to be one of the worst doctors I have ever came into contact with. He spent more time typing on his laptop than actually talking with the patient. He doesn't listen at all to your problems. When you are explaining whats going on, he will talk over you and just recommend the same thing, time after time, even when he knows that it's not working. Terrible people skills and bedside manner. Caution especially to those Seniors in this community. IF you can, please take the time and look for another doctor.

He recommended a course of treatment that I was not comfortable with, because I had already been down that path with another doctor, with disastrous results. He became visibly angry, rude, and made inappropriate remarks under his breath. Not a recommended doctor.

The front receptionist ladies at this practice are very rude and dont even acknowledge a person standing at the front. They act as if you are an annoyance from them being able to talk to each other. Also don't even try to refill a prescription just a little early before a trip. They decline them every time and very rudely accused me of taking too many which wasn't the case. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so of coarse i make sure my refill will be ready by requesting a prescription only two days early. It's a quick no from the doctor. It's gotten ridiculous. Changing doctors offices thank god.
