Dr. Dougherty, made pulling my tooth almost flawless, didn't feel anything, was over before I had a chance to get worried. The best there is, recommend him above all else. He also is a gentleman and really cares about you. John

He is very well prepared and his staff is top notch. I would recommend him to all. He is very positive and up beat. Nothing negative at all .

I tool my 16 year old daughter to have her 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I was more nervous than her because she had never been under anesthesia. The staff and doctor put me at ease and I stayed with her until the last second. The doctor told me it wouldn't be long and she would be fine - he was right! She came out with no issues whatsoever. The icing on the cake was the efficiency and mannerisms of the staff - top notch. I would recommend Dr. Dougherty to everyone. Without a doubt my son will go to him when its time for him to get his wisdom teeth out!

Dr. Dougherty is an awesome doctor. His office was pretty swamped when I walked in and to me that was a good sign. He didn't disappoint. My son had an uneventful procedure and couldn't be happier. The staff were extremely helpful as I was nervous about it!! I will definitely "tell my friends!"

First the hate...hate having to do dental work! Now the love, my experience with Dr. Dougherty has always been a good one. The staff is kind. Dr. Dougherty has a gentle way for those who "fear" and I've always had a good result. I would, and do recommend him to others.

He damaged a nerve during a procedure. I have been living with the constant pain since Dec 31, 2012! He never took responsibility for his error. He just said, "Come back in 6 months. It should resolve itself by then." It didn't. Beautiful office, friendly staff. Very hurried doctor that had no time for me.

If I could give 10 stars, I would award them to Dr Thomas Dougherty of Wilmington, DE. Every office and practice should follow his lead in patient care and comfort. He is always professional and friendly, as are his talented assistants and support staff. I consider him to be not only brilliant, but an artist as I experience the amazing work he is doing in reconstructing my bones and teeth. He is highly credentialed and highly recommended. I am thrilled that he accepted me as a patient.
