I was a patient of his for years but he decided to discharge me as a patient when I asked him to write me enough pain medication till I got my appointment with the pain clinic he was sending me to for my chronic interstitial cystitis and never got a word from him but a letter in the mail a few days later telling me I was no longer a patient and now 10 years later I don't have a doctor and haven't seen one since because he's affiliated with the ones around my area and I've been miserable and in pain since then and this man didn't care then and won't now. Stay away from this doctor

Didn't seem interested in my case. Downplayed my symptoms. Never called me with results of bladder function test. Will not return to this doctor

Dr. Douglas is a caring physcian. He moves fast but always has as much timfor you as you need. Explains procedures thoroughly. You feel like he is a friend and is looking out for your needs and concerned about your pain.I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
