Dr. Thomas Harmon Dukes III, MD

Dr. Dukes is awesome . He treated me for 10 years and was able to get my migraine headaches under better control. If you need a good doctor for migraines or neurological pain I would highly recommend him!!!!!

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Dukes and was so impressed that I just had to write a review. I made sure Dr. D had most of my medical reports and could tell he had reviewed them before he met for our appointment. He was so thorough with his exam and questions. He also answered my questions without making me feel hurried and in a way that I could understand. Dr. Dukes was very professional, extremely nice, and scheduled me for further testing that will help him diagnose and treat my medical needs. Dr. Dukes exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr. Dukes!

If you enjoy beating your head against a wall by all means, make an appointment with doctor Dukes' office. He and his office are so unorginized, it's painful to accomplish even the most simple of tasks through their office. The last straw for me was when his "medical assistant" called me on the same day as my appointment and asked me to come 2 HOURS early for an appointment that I had scheduled the month before. When I told her I had another appointment that day and it wouldn't be possible, she was less than understanding. When I was pulling into the parking lot at their office, she called and asked if I was showing up because the Dr. wanted to leave. I told her I was parking and I heard her relay to the Dr. that I was there in the parking lot. I actually heard him say that he couldn't wait and that he was LEAVING! 30 seconds later I was inside the office and the "assistant" informed me that he left! Unbelievable..I was shocked. This appointment was for him to sign my return to work… form. He didn't sign it and I didn't return to work for another 2 weeks because Dukes wasn't available. The office and staff there are Archaic! They have 1 phone line that doubles as their fax machine so the line is ALWAYS busy, they don't have a credit card machine so they write down your credit card info and AIR MAIL you a receipt! Who does that?! I had suffered a stroke and needed an occupational and speech therapy referral in which they provided..TWO WEEKS after the fact! I'm not sure what has happened in the last couple of years with this office /doctor but clearly according to the reviews posted 2 or more years ago, this is definitely NOT the same experience. Trust me. You do not want to open this can of worms!

I would not recommend this doctor he does not listen to your needs he talks over you tells u how you are feeling instead of listening to his patients, also if he wants to prescribe a medication he wants you to take & your insurance wont cover it, he has his receptionist call to call you to only tell you that he can't provide service for you cause yet after trying to get a medicine approved and wasn't your are all of a sudden better & dint need medication??? His methods arw old and is a joke just to take your money if he doesn't get his way

This Doctor cancelled my Dad's appointment when the referring doc tried to get him in earlier because he diagnosed him on the phone without seein ...

After a stroke at 51 years of age, I was being sent from one doctor to another with no conclusive results, until Dr. Dukes sent me to a hematologist/oncologist who diagnosed me with a rare and life-threatening autoimmune disease. My GP did not suspect a blood disorder, so I am very thankful that Dr. Dukes thought there could be some reason out of the ordinary for someone my age to have suffered a stroke.

Dr. Dukes seems to be a good doctor he just doesn't listen. He asks questions and before I finish answering, he begins talking over me. It seems that if he would listen he may be better capable of treating my migraine issue.

Excellent physician and wonderful office staff
