Dr. Thomas Lee Earwood, MD

I am extremely disappointed in the level of care my husband has received at this office. For months, I have expressed serious concerns about how he is abusing the medication he was prescribed and called several times asking to speak with the doctor. Despite leaving multiple messages, no one ever followed up with me or addressed the situation. and is still prescribing the medication for him. My husband’s condition has gotten worse, and I feel that my concerns as a spouse were dismissed. This lack of communication and oversight has caused significant stress and has made me lose trust in this provider. Patients and their families deserve to feel heard, supported, and taken seriously especially when it comes to medications that require close monitoring. I would not recommend this doctor based on our experience.

After nearly a year of regular visits, I genuinely feel like he just doesn’t care. There’s been little effort to understand me or adjust the approach based on my needs. I kept hoping things would improve, but they didn’t. Extremely disappointed. At BrainHealth, all they seem to care about is making sure you schedule the next appointment so they can bill you. It feels more like a business than a place for real mental health care. Deeply disappointing.

My daughter has borderline personality disorder. Dr Earwood has refused to see her anymore because why we really have no clue. He deals with mentally ill patients and should expect them to have some problems. Most appointments he came on the tv screen and asked how things were going my daughter said ok but was going to say something else but he was already saying ok keep things the same we will see you in 3 months or whatever. The last time we were a little late and instead of even listening to why he refused to see her. Mentally ill patients have problems and they aren't always nice or know how to express themselves properly. He is just not a very good or considerate doctor for where he is practicing.

Dr. Earwood is the worst physician I have experienced in my life time. He is dishonest, keeps inaccurate and incomplete appointment notes and refused to correct them. He lacks compassion, care and the compitence to provide proper care. He takes full advantage of the fact that he works with mentally ill people who are easier manipulated and intimidated.
