Dr. Tom Fame

I have called multiple times to address an issue. I was told I didn't have allergies or asthma when multiple other doctors have said I' have both, even been hospitalized due to asthma. His bedside manner was horrible. Staff members told me he wasn't concerned about the covid issue and was getting upset because patients were canceling appointments. I have asked that he contact me to discuss how I was addressed and about his "diagnosis." I can't get any call backs. If someone had an issue with the service I provided, I'd want to listen to see how I could make things right. That's just common sense when it comes to business. I would not recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Fame for almost 20 years for asthma/allergy treatment and would not go anywhere else. He is knowledgeable, answers all questions and never in a hurry to leave the room. I had year round allergies that led to asthma when I first came to him. For the past 10+ years I have been on maintenance shots and even allergy season doesn't bother me. It is easy to get in to see him for treatment should a problem arise.He is genuinely concerned for his patients.

Excellent care & knowledge. If you are from out of the immediate area the trip to his office is well worth your trip.

Dr. Fame does know his business, what would behoove him would be to stop talking long enough to listen to the patient. Unfortunately, Dr. Fame talks over the patient when they are speaking.

Busted my tail make it in for one of the two shots I need for the week, worked late yesterday and today. Got to the office a few minutes before 7:00. Where I the received a sarcastic, arrogant attitude. The kicker was the good doctor fame was standing beside them listening and said nothing. WOW, I guess it must be nice to know you don't need be respectable to your customer.
