Dr. Thomas Lyle Fewer, MD

Dr. Thomas L. Fewer of Health Partners in St. Paul, is an incompetent coward. He lacks even one small iota of caring bedside demeanor, and he was deeply afraid of discussing that fact. He just ejected from the inpatient, mental health ward at Regions hospital, a patient in mental health crisis (my wife), just because she seemed better to him, even though she explicitly verbalized that she was not safe and didn’t feel OK being discharged. He did not take any ownership of the error that he and his team made conducting unilateral ECT treatments on a patient that needed bilateral treatment treatments… Which means he did zero digging and discovery of the patients long and extensive history of ECT treatments. He is cavalier with the safety and well-being of his patients. I would select ZERO stars as his earned and deserved rating, but this module will not let me make that distinction.
