Dr Flanigan is very knowledgeable, kind and disarming. I’m so happy I went with him. His Reconstructive skills are amazing. Staff is great too

I am very thankful for the staff at Dr. Flanigan's office as well as Dr. Flanigan himself. I broke my thumb last week - didn't think it was a huge deal but I needed additional medical attention. I was very worried about the pain and what they would be doing as the service I had at Toledo Hospital the night before was not the best and I felt everything they did. His staff was amazing at putting my nerves to rest. Talked me through everything and he was so very nice himself and down to earth. Actually talked to me and cared about what he did. Even changed up the medication after finding out I was pregnant. I would recommend him over and over again!

Dr. Flanigan took the time to make sure I was confident with the procedure. His knowledge and talent in his specialty gave me the best results and I am very grateful for his care. His staff does a great job of making you feel very welcome and comfortable with their friendly manner =).

Dr was great but staff was horrible. Unsure if I should of chose him to be my dr because I get treated like trash from his staff

what could have been the worst time of my life was made easier by Dr Flanigan and his staff. he was honest and straight forward. he wore his emotions about my case on his face, always knew if the news was good or bad. i had many complications and never did he give up on me and always told me we would get through it. he made me feel comfortable and cared for. i would recommend him to anyone.

He was a wonderful doctor and his staff were excellent. I am glad I didn't listen to these bad reviews! Compassionate and very caring. I am glad I went here and my results are wonderful!!!!

I would never go to Thomas again and I wouldn't ever recommend him to anyone. I had a minor surgery done and still to this day have a scar. Not a good expirence at all.

I feel terrible that I took my child to this man that calls himself a plastic surgeon! She now has a permanent scar on her face with suture marks on each side! Although I was told there would be little to no scarring. This man has no business holding a scalpel, my family physician could have done a better job!
