However, if and when you find yourself in serious need of real professionals to get to work immediately, keeping you informed and consistent with checking in with you to ensure you are okay! This is where you get your dentist to send your referral! I literally love this place and the people that are employed here! From the first phone call with the front desk, to the final post procedure progress update, ( with in two working days….No Pain at all, in case ya wondering…) The individuals with in this business have a whole lot of that “shining light” going for them! I am not the least bit surprised coming together as a team ends up in a waitlist to get in, because everyone within a hundred miles is choosing this place, desiring this team for their surgical experiences. This man is gifted with the… steady hand and the ready to work attitude. He is exactly how i would expect a person with such skill to be. He is so quick! Packing a rather vast range of knowledge and expertise brought from experience in preforming surgeries that vary, widely, both in skillsets and severity. DO NOT let just anybody do your surgical procedure. Trust in Central Illinois Oral Surgery, like seriously…. it is your mouth after all only have one… so definitely do not mess around, choose Dr. Thomas W. At my initial appointment I was pleased as Dr. Fonner was very straight and to the point. For my initial appt, it took 1 months before I could get in, and for the surgery it took 1 1/2 months to get an appt. During the surgery, I was on laughing gas, and Dr. Fonner kept knocking the gas off of my nose, as I'm sure not on purpose. I told the staff that the gas makes me cry instead of laugh, needless to say Dr. Fonner and one of his staff were very rude about me during the surgery and refused to so the 2nd tooth during that appointment, because they thought I was in pain due to my crying because of the gas. I do not plan on spending even more money for whom I don't believe dealt with the patient individually and correctly.
