Dr Forest DOES NOT take accountability for his mistakes. Blames patient for wanting a better quality of life so doctor does failed surgery AND CAUSES MULTIPLE INJURIES AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS ACTIONS. HE NEVER TOLD THE PATIENT. Dr Forest only makes excuses and cover ups and told me,” some people just die”. He also suggest he did me a favor accepting veterans insurance. We should be thankful. HE DOES MORE DAMAGE THAN REPAIR AND HE NEGLECTED INFECTIONS FOR MONTHS AND NOW WE ARE DEALING WITH A SPINAL INFECTION! He doesn’t care that he has completely devastated his patient finances with endless medical attention and treatment for the rest of his limited life.

Great Physician

DO NOT go to Dr. Forest, he totally botched an operation that had to be redone by a different doctor and in his initial follow up he realized his mistake and did not hold himself accountable saying "I tried, nothing else can be done, your son is at risk of cancer or I can just remove his organs". The second doctor repaired everything just fine. Please be aware.

Forrest was wonderful. Husband in his care and had surgery. Great physician would recommend to anyone

After surgically implanting a useless by lateral stint, as I was instructed! I went for my two week follow up exam, he never even examined me none the less asked me how I was feeling. Nor did blood work. If he had he’d of been informed I was bleeding thru my urinary track so bad it was the color of labs drawn out your veins! And that I had been in do much pain I’d been to the ER twice more! He shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine! Not to mention did I tell you he refused to remove the stint, told me to go to Tulane! What kind of quack is he? As a surgeon you place a foreign object into someone shouldn’t you be required to remove it!

Dr. Forest is a caring doctor.He is sweet.He has been dealing with my son kidney issues for a few years now.I trust Dr Forest alot.He is always honest and open to me.He always asks if I have any questions before leaving.If I have any trouble with my son he tries his hardest to help me figure it out being if we are not sure if it's kidney related or not...

I am not impressed. Every time I have been to bring my son who is 3 months old I have had to wait over an hour to see this doctor. Which makes it hard to prepare a happy baby for the visit. When I do see him, he spends a whole 5 minutes in the room with us. He uses a computer to view the chart and any pertinent X-rays, labs, etc., and looks at the computer more than me or my son. When finishing the visit, I felt very rushed to leave. He does not ask if we have anymore questions or concerns, just directs you to the front to make any appropriate appointments.

He cared or my son who had a hypospadias repair. He took extra care in making sure my son's needs were met. He even gave us his cell phone # to be reached at any time if we are experiencing any problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Forest.
