Dr. Thomas John Fralich, MD

Unimpressive. Poor communication, little affect and obvious disinterest. Cannot recommend.

My son who is a student at CSU went to the emergency room at UC Health in Ft Collins CO with acute stomach pain. He was seen by Thomas Fralich who performed no tests other than physically pushing on his abdomen. He was given Tordal which had zero effect and told that was all they could do. I asked to speak to Fralich and he told my son no, I made my son put me on speaker phone and started talking to him. Fralich then implied that my son was faking his injury for drugs and was an opioid addict at which point he walked out of the room. My son was discharged soon thereafter. His pain had no subsided and he began throwing up at home and we convinced him to go to another hospital where he was rushed into emergency surgery for an appendectomy within 1 hour of arriving. His appendix could have easily burst. Fralich is a fraud and incompetent in addition to being a complete jerk. DO NOT allow yourself or anyone you care about to be seen by this person and avoid UC Health at all costs.
