Dr. Thomas J Fraychineaud, MD

Dr. Thomas Fraychineaud is an orthopedic surgeon with advanced training in adult reconstruction, specializing in hip and knee replacement. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care for orthopedic injuries and arthritis of the hip and knee.

Dr. Fraychineaud grew up in Tacoma, Washington, where he was a year-round high school athlete. He studied biomechanical engineering at Stanford University, where he competed on the varsity diving team. He conducted research at the National Institutes of Health and the Hospital for Special Surgery before earning his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at George Washington University in Washington, DC, and his adult reconstruction fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
