Highly recommend Dr Tom. One of my favorite practitioners of all the docs I have been to over the years. Whenever I have moved back into the area he is the doc I start going to again.

I came to Dr Fruendlich after being recommended by a close friend and his family expecting a respectful and caring doctor. Nothing could have prepared me for how hurt I felt after leaving the office after being negated and insulted for a full 30 minutes. I was lectured for my career choice, told to go back to school, had implications made to me that I was a drug and alcohol abuser and asked more times for comfort if I was lying. I would pass a cleaner drug test than the pope, mind you, and have the police record of an infant. I came in for a prescription for an inhaler, and a second opinion on a back injury I had. I had driven to Delaware to collect X-rays and reports from my injury and he did not even bother to look at them when I handed them to him. He brushed off my concerns and CONSISTENTLY interrupted me. I understand I am a new patient and one in his field has to be weary, but the attitude I received from him was unnecessary and downright brutal. I left his office in tears and… contacted the family who recommended me. Needless to say they were just as unhappy as I was. I would not recommend this doctor. Ever.

My husband has been seeing Dr Freundlich for many yrs and I started seeing him two yrs ago when my physician moved away. We both like his personality, feel he is a dedicated physician and knows what he is talking about. He is a realist and doesn't send you for all sorts of unnecessary testing. He is well aware that as people age, things happen to them and we deal w/it as best we can. I certainly do not mean to infer that he has a "so what" kind of attitude. He is conscientious and thorough but not over the top like some MD's we know.
