My mother has heart disease and high blood pressure. Due to the COVID 19 Virus she decided to stay home and fill out FMLA documents. He refused to send them and she she okay to work, when he has suggested she need to be on blood thinners or have a Watchmen device placed due to high risk of a stroke. SHE COULD BE FIRED WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS. My mother does physical strenuous work and he refuses to care.

Dr. Good was extremely dismissive and did not give any helpful or informative answers to any of my questions. He seemed more concerned with getting things done quickly and convenient for himself than getting things done thoroughly and responsibly. I have never been to a doctor that was so dismissive or that showed as little regard for the well-being of a patient as Dr. Good.

I saw this doctor with complaints of hbp and fluttering. He did not listen to my heart and told me that my primary could prescribe medication. He acted like he did not want to touch me. Find a more caring, compassionate and concerned physician.

I was 5 minutes late for my appt. I called 3x starting 10 minutes prior to my appt time to tell them that I might be a couple minutes late. Each time I called I was transferred to a voicemail even though I specifically asked for a person so that I could explain my situation and ask them to hold my spot. The last time I called, I was put on hold for 5 minutes. By the time someone came on the line I was entering the office. At that point I was told I missed my appt and Dr Good was refusing to see me. I explained my situation- that I couldn't find the entrance to the building that I needed due to the construction and had called 3x to give them appropriate notification. It didn't matter what I said.... I was told I would have to reschedule. I had waited a full month to get this appt to begin with. Given that I have been having anxiety attacks, borderline high blood pressure, and an irregular heartbeat frequently on a daily basis, I don't feel that this is appropriate service for a… health professional who is supposed to care about my life. I might add that the first 2 office staff members that I spoke with were rude and dismissive. When I finally told one of them that I wasn't leaving the office until Dr Good came out and spoke with me, they had a 3rd person come out who I assume was an office manager. She was professional and helpful, but told me there was nothing she could do bc Dr Good was refusing to see me. I will not be setting up any appts with Dr Good as his behavior thus far does not make me feel I can trust him to give me the caring time I need for my health issues.
