My shoulder was torn up pretty bad in a fall and the Shoulder clinic put it back together. In a couple more months it will be like new. Have so little pain with it now and only if I don't exercise it.

Great communicator. Th roughly explained the procedures and alternate procedures prior to surgery. Was patient with my questions and answered them all with simple answers and shoulder props. Physical therapists finished off the repair and all agreed he is the best shoulder guy in Boise.

I have had 2 previous surgeries on my shoulder (30 years ago by a different doctor) and Dr. Thomas Goodwin has taken care of the 3rd and I am so thankful! I was very impressed with his amazing skill, knowledge, precision, bedside manner (a doctor that is kind, listens and fixes the issues) and the entire office staff. I was nervous about a 3rd surgery but I'm so happy I chose him as a doctor for my rotator cuff tear. I had many options but feel fortunate to have researched them and decided on Dr. Thomas E. Goodwin. He's amazing and I highly recommend him!

I can not thank Dr. Goodwin enough. His outstanding skill and personal bedside manner have brought my injured shoulder back to full function.

Dr Goodwin was recommended as the best shoulder surgeon in Boise and that is true. From my first visit, thru my surgery, rehab and return to work, the care was professional, adapted to my situation and lifestyle, and focused on patient respect and care. Thank you Dr Goodwin and staff for everything!

I have had four shoulder surgeries by Dr. Goodwin. He is very friendly, putting me at ease. He visited me in the hospital afterward and has a fantastic bedside manner. He also has a great sense of humor.Even though it has been several years since the last surgery, he still remembers my name and always stops to speak with me when I see him in the hospital.Without question, Dr. Goodwin is a great doctor and a fantastic person. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM.
