Dr. Thomas Frank Gumprecht, MD

I would highly recommend Dr. Gumprecht. I recently receive prompt, professional and excellent care from him which resulted in a very positive healthcare outcome. His office staff is friendly, attentive and also responsive. With a background in healthcare for years I have high expectations and Dr. Gumprecht and his office staff greatly exceeded them.

I have been a patient in this office for over 30 years. In the last few years, I find the medical assistant and receptionist to be very short and gruff. I am no longer made to feel welcome in this clinic. I don't need my hand held, but decent bedside manners would be nice. I will no longer be coming to this clinic and will share my experience with others who ask.

He is without a doubt one of the best ear, nose and throat doctors I have been to. Over the last few years he has helped me many times and I have also be very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and skill.

A GREAT Doctor! I've been going to him for years. This is the doc you want to see when you get a bug or need some ear ,nose,or thoat surgery.

All I can say is that every doctor should strive to be like him.

There could not be a better ENT doctor than Dr. Tom. Scheduling was easy, he was thorough, spent all the time I needed and listened to me. Wonderful doctor !! and easy to see why he's nationally and locally recognized as a "Top Doc." Front desk personnel were great, office neat and clean AND he didn't try duplicating other tests and running up the bill. Did he fix me? No, but offered good help and treatment and I felt better knowing this caring man was on my side and willing to try.

I think that Dr. Gumprecht is an amazing doctor. He has been very helpful with my continuous tonsil and throat problems. I have never had to wait for an appointment and have asked to see him last minute on a Friday and still gotten in. I would recomend him to anyone and everyone that has ear, nose, and/or throat issues that would like to see someone that has great knowledge and experience!

I have never waited even 5 minutes, and the office is always busy. Dr Gumprecht is very personable, very knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose my problem that had troubled me for years. He has a good sense of humor, and innovative aids while working on long-term solutions. For example, yep,I've reached the years where dry mouth is a nuisance. To jump-start the salivary glands, and help mask the strong or bad taste of medical sprays, et al, would you believe - lemon drops? It works! Now why didn't I think of that? The original issue I went in for was sinus ad breathing problems. He took care of that so straight-forwardly, explaining every step to my understanding, performing the necessary surgical procedure, following up, and I am breathing much more freely! I am chuckling to myself that Dr Gumprecht took care of my main problem, the sinus breathing issue, so seamlessly - he knows what he is doing(!), that what I came away with is a simple, fun and tasty solution to a minor annoyance… - lemon drops.You will come away from Dr Gumprecht's office knowing Dr Gumprecht cares, your problem is in process or resolved, and with a smile on your face!
