Refused to refill life sustaining Rx's for Dr. Gilbert's mother while he was unreachable by phone(vacation). After 5 days of pharmacist as well as her family trying to plead with him by calling Capital Physicians to just give her the blood pressure and blood thinning as well as her diabetes medicine, she ended up with major heart attack and stroke. His excuse for not returning calls were that he thought she had taken too many. My mother and family would have taken legal action but Dr. Gilbert asked them to drop it. He had no respect for my mother and let his personal prejudices affect his ethical duties and Hippocratic obligation.

After seeing several doctors for severe back pain who ALL weren't interested at all in the cause, just in throwing different pain meds at me, Dr. Hamilton actually listened to me. He understood that I didn't WANT pain meds, that I just wanted to know WHY I was in so much pain & what to do about it. In one visit, he diagnosed the issue, prescribed the correct medications (NONE of which were pain meds), and had me on the road to recovery.

never been to a Doctor who never touched me. Been there twice and going to give one more chance hope thiss visit is more thorough

Both my husband and I see Dr. Hamilton and he's great. He's caring and always listens. He was able to diagnose me in one visit when I had seen other doctors multiple times and they had failed me. Hope he never leaves our town.
