Dr. Thomas Edward Hamilton, MD

Dr Hamilton has been great since Iv been seeing him the last few years. He always listens when I talk. Hes willing to adjust my dose of medication if Im feeling like it needs to be. You never have a long wait in the waiting room. The front desk ladies are not the warmest people. But the doctor himself is worth seeing. Highly recommend him!

The first endocrinologist to tell me why my hair is not growing! Yay!

I went to both Dr.'s at this location and you would think that an endocrologist since that is thier whole world would have some answers on how to shink a nodule on ones throid. After 6 years of going too them they just said eventually it would get so big that I would have to have it removed. Since I was not getting any answers there i went on my own quest and finally found something that was able to shink my nodule wholistically. On other visits there with both Dr's on differnt 4 different visits, took a neddle aspiration and didn't get enough samples so I had to come back and do it again for a total of 4 visits. More recently I booked the apointment a year ahead and they called my home phone and left a message to remind me of the apt., and I didn't get that message because I don't check my home phone voice mail often. The day of the apt. they decided to call my cell phone to let me know I missed the appt and then they proceded to charge me $75 for that half hour apt. I called to… see if the receptionist could talk to the Dr. to see there is anything they could do to reduce that fee. They said no and that if I did not pay it they would take it to collections, and that it was written into the document I signed with them. Nice customer service. I told them apparently they don't care about loosing a client. I'm very disapointed in thier overall approach from knowing thier profession to handeling thier overall customer service.

With my general's referral I got right in, he did a dozen or so needle biopsies and followed up quickly. Overall very pleased and he now monitors my thyroid and cholesterol numbers. He appears to have an office staff of one and she usually does not answer the phone, you need to leave a message and she will call you back to set up an appointment, thus the low marks for ease of appt.

it takes forever to get an appointment and he is definitely old school "I'm the doctor and you're the patient"
