Dr. Harman is busy but AMAZING...the staff is good...very busy. I only had one bad experience. I called the office one a.m. from another hospital. The office manager would not stop literally SCREAMING thinking I calling about a ore authorization. I needed to answer a question about NY meds as I amvhaving surgery. She told me if I called again she would have me discharged. I had only called ONCE the NITE b4 to try to let them know I had meds left and if they needed to wait for minevthat would be okay. It was an act ifvkindness in NY part. The office mgr would not give me a chance to say ivnotveven calling about ore Auth. It was so loud that NY recorder in bedroom picked up entire conversation. I would not tell who it was as they said she had no right to talk Luke that to anyone....I said I accidentally called the dentists office. There is a Nadine there who is wonderful and Nancy too. I believe NY case was an isolated incident. I actually felt sorry for the screamer...maybe… something bad happen to her or her family. I have always had a forgiving heart. However this is without a doubt a five star office....if you are a new patient you will see what I mean. The Doctor and staff are truly caring and they work hard for you. They take care of all the ore suths for you....if its slow its not their fault....usually the darn insurance company.... Its important you don't miss an appointments unless ur very sick. They will give you all the info you need to know.b
