Dr. Thomas Bernard Heaphy Jr, MD

This is a good office. The staff is nice up front. The ladies who weigh and measure the kids and take us to the exam rooms are nice. Dr. Heaphy is a great doctor. My little ones love to go see him and love the stickers from his nurse, Jeannie. She is wonderful. When she calls me, she always has plenty of time to answer all my questions. My only complaint is that Dr. Heaphy runs late sometimes. Otherwise, I give them all A's.

Both of my sons are patients of Dr. Heaphy and his nurse, Jeanie. They are both amazing! Dr. Heaphy is very caring, informative, and quick to address any issues or problems I have. Jeanie is extremely sweet with my boys and is very good at returning phone calls the same day. The only time I ever had a medical issue that wasn't properly taken care of was when Jeanie was on vacation. :-) And when I mentioned it to Dr. Heaphy he immediately contacted the board and had it corrected. They are not just there for the money they genuinely care about their patients and the moms (and dads) who bring them in. Highly recommend this team!

I have been going to Dr. Heaphy for almost 9 years and he is an excellent doctor. He gives very thorough exams...especially well checks for infants. He diagnosed an issue with my daughter that 2 hospital doctors missed and had he not found it at her first visit....we would not have had the same outcome. I also love his nurse. I have received several evening phone calls from her checking on my child. I am very happy with the practice.

Because Dr Heaphy rushed through the well-checks with my infant son (under 1 year) he failed to identify a potential problem. The office staff and intake nurse were rude.
