thankful that I got my CPAP so quickly.

As a physician I am critical of the care I receive and the sleep center not only delivered excellent medical care, but were extremely accommodating with access , appointments and technical issues with my equipment. I was also impressed with Charles Howard, the Respiratory Therapist with respect to his knowledge of equipment and skill with providing me proper options to best overcome my problem. The office staff are very pleasant and capable as well with appointments and insurance issues.

I felt quite comfortable with the Nurse Practitioner prior to meeting Dr. Barthlen, and continued to feel comfortable with Dr. Barthlen as well. I am comfortable with the explanation which was given me, but reserve judgement for feeling confident in the decision making based on the outcome of my initial evaluation.

I met Dr. Barthlen on my over night sleep study. She went out of her way to introduce herself to me and make sure my experience was great. She was busy with her work (at 5 AM) but kindly stopped what she was doing to ask me what I thought and then to further share with me the views from the 25th floor that I had missed with the blinds closed. The Doctors here at the Sleep Center are excellent and so glad I had the chance to come here to get to the bottom of my sleep issues.

While I only briefly met with Dr. Slattery, I can recommend doing a sleep study through Sleep Center Hawaii they definitely have it down! Tip: I would recommend bringing earplugs if they allow it, in one of the rooms the windows make a clicking noise that could make it hard to fall asleep.
