Dr. Thomas Joseph Hess, MD

Dr. Hess is a very good physician and has good knowledge and personality. The doctor is compassionate honest and thorough. Dr. Hess has consistently gone out of his way to make me comfortable and ensure I understand each medication and take the time to go over my results from lab work. He is like a drill sergeant and I love it because it keeps me on my toes to do better. Now the office staff and functionality is not so great. They never answer the phone, never return calls and are generally inefficient. I hate having to try to contact them for anything. Horrible office situation.

Dr. Hess is a very good physician and has good knowledge and personality. He does have a tendency to motor through the appointment pretty quickly. He will answer questions if asked, but always seems to be in a bit of a rush. The major problem with having him is the office staff and functionality. They never answer the phone, never return calls and are generally inefficient. I hate having to try to contact them for anything. Horrible office situation.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hess' for more than a decade and consider him one of the best physicians I've ever encountered. Dr. Hess has consistently gone out of his way to make me comfortable and ensure I understand each medication. I trust him with my life, and even though I've moved away from Nevada, I still fly back to see him for checkups.

I have been going to Dr Hess for several years, he is so kind and through,never rushes me,answers my questions,I hope he never leaves and stays my doctor.

Very through and cares about his patients

I was told by doctor has to wait three years since I had negative pap smears and everything was fine never ever ever wait 3 years, I went to OBGYN second-year felt I should not wait three years thank God I did go went to OBGYN found out I had cin3 suspicious I ended up having a Leep procedure thank God it was not cancer I tell everyone never let any doctor anyone ever tell you wait three years I I'm 67 years old and still very active this put me on hold 3 months please please get your yearly pap smears and cervical cancer test through an OBGYN

Hess was the PCP of my mother and father before they passed away last year, and he's also mine. He speaks and listens genuinely, refers his patients in the right direction regarding their health and treats his patients as if they were his only patient. God bless this man! I don't know how I'd manage without him.

Dr Hess is my fathers primary doctor. I am his healthcare proxy. Despite calling this doctors office multiple times regarding my fathers deteriorating medical condition. I have never received a return phone call. My father has dementia and his condition is deteriorating quickly. He needs to be in assisted living with memory care. The wait time to get an appointment is ridiculous. We need paperwork filled out before they will allow my father to move in to the facility. We were finally given an appointment for next week which is a lifetime for a patient with severe dementia. You should be ashamed of yourself.
