Dr. Thomas W Higginbotham, DO

I've been seeing Doc H for almost two years. He takes the time to listen and explain all of my blood results. He's also very personable. I would recommend him to anyone. Great doctor! His wife runs the front desk. Super nice woman, friendly and always greats you with a welcome smile. They are a great team.

Dr H. Does an excellent job of proactively addressing my health. He is open to and skilled at traditional medicine as well as newer and alternative options. He listens to the patient and cares.

Dr. Higginbotham helped me after my regular Dr. ran multiple tests, found nothing, and was basically sick of seeing my in his office. I am very grateful for the approach and time that Dr. Higginbotham took in my case. After basic lab tests, he adjusted my medication and I was fine in a few weeks.

He spent over 2.5 hours with me, and gave one of the most complete exams that I have ever had. He seemed to be very concerned about my physical well-being, and had a great bed side manner.

Love the holistic approach, the time spent, the true listening. His years of experience and ongoing research are apparent in his expertise and understanding of the human body as a whole and my issues specifically. Office staff (Bernadette) is friendly & efficient and had no problem billing my insurance. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who will spend more than 10 minutes with you, figure out what is really going on, and determine best course of treatment.

in 3 visits NEVER took any vitals (temp, weight, bp) sent me for $2,500 worth of tests (I'm uninsured so it hurt)and then had no recommendation as to how to proceed. 'not sure I'll have to do some research' that never happened. his wife is the only other person there and she is happy to take my cash folding money for a whopping 15% discount $84 for 30 mins. I get a hand written receipt so I'm pretty sure this is off the books. If I call for a request for a scrip after 3 tries no call back finally they answer and say we will call this right in. never happened. the guy seems stoned on pain meds or something. stay away unless you like wasting money.

My friend has seen him too and thinks highly of him. She doesn't go online, so I wanted to remark for her.

This man is just plain mediocre. Find someone else.

Dr Higginbotham is refreshingly open to more than just physical aspects of illness and injury. I've appreciated his unique approach, as well as his outstanding body work.
