extremely long wait. our appt was at 3:00, we arrived at 2:30 and it was close to 5:30 when we left. we were there to get well check ups for our two young daughters, 7 and 3 years old, and if you have small children then you know that this wait felt at least twice as long. by the 45 minute mark in the waiting room, they were already starting to lose it and we were no where near being called back to the room. he was however very nice and spent quite a while with us.

First Robin gets your story, makes you feel at ease, and settles you in a room. Dr Hines listens to all of your concerns. Then addresses each one. He doesn't just throw a diagnosis and rx at you, he explains your issue and options in great detail. He takes the time to listen to your questions, and you dont leave wondering what just happened. He is thorough and caring.
