Dr. Thomas J Hong, DO

Dr Hong is a joke. I got in crisis with my pain and called Hongs office, the little girl that answered the phone told me they were booked for the rest of the week and I should just go to the ER everyday, I asked about the next week and she said Hong is out of the country that week, and I should just go to the ER everyday that week too. I ended up in the ER 4 times and then I was hospitalized because I was septic. When I went to my appointment today, he cut me loose because I filled the prescriptions from the hospital they told me to go to, and gave me a broken contract release. In the past he continued to threaten to cut me loose because I use CBD, he likes to lie to your face and tell you the government will take his license for you testing positive for thc. And at my appt today I have a wide wheelchair that doesn't fit through the doors, my son asked if they had a smaller one so I wouldn't have to go through the excruciating pain of getting up down for doorways, and they said no they… didn't have one, and when we got to the back there was a smaller wheelchair sitting in the hallway, I mentioned it to the girl taking me back and her response was "shit I don't know nothing and kept going to the room and again I had to get up and down 3 times there. It's just unprofessional kids working there, and they don't care about you and I think Dr Hong is well educated but not very smart.

Dr. Hong is very thorough, thoughtful and considerate of my needs.

Dr Hong was very caring and informative. He explained my test results with details and told me what my treatment options are. I was nervous at first but after getting all the information he provided I left with confidence that my pain can be managed.

Simply stated.....Dr. Hong is the finest, most caring physician that I have ever had.

My husband felt a connection with Dr Hong right away. He explained my husband’s proposed treatment thoroughly in terms we could understand and listened to our concerns.

He is detail oriented on all my diagnoses and personal needs. Actively listens to me and explains short and long term issues related to my care so I can truly make goals that are best for me now and long term. Friendly and caring staff. Physical therapy in same building a plus.

Great doctor who cares and is very understanding. Very professional and explains anything i am not sure about to help me understand. My kids love to go to my appointments when they have to and its a great environment.

Dr. Hong explained everything very well to me, including the spinal problem area in my MRI. I was able to understand the problem clearly. He also explained the future epidural treatment(s) clearly. I am very impressed so far with Dr. Hong.

Caring, kind and compassionate.

Dr Hong is possibly the most down-to-Earth and the most compassionate doctor I have ever met.
