Dr. Thomas Gene Hooke

Dr Hooke is the worst doctor ive ever had. He lied to me and pushed me into a surgery i didn't need. Beware of Dr Hooke. Dr Hooke could care less about his patiences, he will play tricks on you. Beware....

Dr Hooke is awesome. He takes the time to figure out what's wrong and listens to the patient.

My visit to Dr Hooke exceeded my expectations. He and his entire staff provided a very friendly and supportive environment to treat me in an efficient and trustworthy manner. Dr Hooke was very proficient in diagnosing and treating my problems and put me at ease by clearly explaining what needed to be done to resolve my issues. He also provided me with simple instructions for the follow up care I required at home. I would highly recommend Dr Hooke because of his competency and making my visit a pleasant experience.

Dr. Hooke is excellent in every category. He has a wonderful staff behind him from receptionist to ex-ray tech. Besides the dentist I found and the imaging center, he is the only health experience I can say has been positive. Moved here in May from WI and have not been too impressed. Dr. Hooke should show other drs. how to get the job done.

Dr Hooke is a refreshing prescient to BHC. Too many doctors here say I can’t help you. Or just take over your tests without telling what they are or discuss the outcome. I asked Dr Hooke one question he said yes and I was sold!

Visit was wonderful. Dr. Hooke is very understanding. A few mishaps made by his assistant such as filling my Image Order out wrong (wrong foot) and had to remind them about my Disabled Plate Application which she forgot. After so many phone calls, either leaving messages or not being able to because the mailboxes are full, well very frustrating. Even WARMC couldn’t get a correction until I left 5 messages with no call backs and then it finally got fixed. Now I will wait for the Surgical Experience ??

Good things: Dr.Hooke , got it right with the diagnosis. Office was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Not so good things: Rx was not called in the day of the apt. Called back and left msg for med asst (Mara). No return call. Called again about Rx. No return call but Rx called in.

Fast and efficient

Dr.Hooke is very friendly, thorough, and extremely helpful. Was courteous making sure he included me in a conversation about my problem, explained options, set follow up appointment. Will highly recommend him to others.
