I have had this PCP (Primary care physician) for over 6 years now and wouldn't have it any other way! I even drive from another state.

I was a patient with dr Howard at cooper primary care in pennsville njThe office was horrible from the front desk to the office manager. I decided to give him a second chance when I heard he opened his new office. Boy am I glad I did. At his new office I had a chance to see the real dr. He remembered my name and everything about my last visit with him over a year ago. Amazing....... He spent time listening to my problems and thanks to him I am feeling much better. Anyone reading this that goes to that old crazy place should really try out dr Howard's new office .you would never go back to cooper

The office staff are not helpful or friendly at all. You can never reach anyone on the phone and have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. It was my first time seeing Dr. Howard and it was also my last. I felt very uncomfortable. Enough said. Of course, after spending so long in the office (nearly 2 hours and only 5 mins with Dr. Howard) it was a delight obtaining my referral. She was miserable. Anyone that miserable should find somewhere else to work.
