Dr. Thomas Walter Irving JR., MD

First of all, the wait time seemed like forever. I must have been in the waiting room for over an hour. Once I was finally ushered to a room in the back, Dr. Irving took another almost hour to see me in examination. It gets worse...I explained to him I was having pain in my abdomen, but he insisted that I stand up from the exam table, pull down my pants and bend over. Made no sense, but I did it anyway, he kept telling me to push air out of my rectum as if I had to break wind. While I did this he put his hands on my left hip and then my right, told me my abdomen was a little strained on both sides and that it could be from pushing so hard while I was bent over. WHAT? Needless to say, this proved nothing and further freaked me out. He gave me a script for pain meds and then left the room without saying two words. Confused, freaked me out.

You do a lot of waiting the staff is rude and unhelpful and the nurses wont really answer any questions or concerns. After finally getting to the back it take another while to see him. Also gave me wrong diagnosis for a year! Did get the right one until i went to a second doctor. Overall poor and i would not recommend anyone to go to this office!

We arrived at 3:00 to complete any necessary forms and update our insurance info. We sat patiently in the waiting rm for almost 2 hours. I asked the lady at the front desk what my status was, she assured me I was next. The office probably had roughly 20 people in the waiting rm. I was finally called back to exam rm 10, where I sat for another 45 minutes. The nurse stepped in and took my vitals. The Dr. showed up 45 minutes later did his evaluation in less than 2 minutes, same result I told the nurse and previous appointments. Now I am almost 3 hours and a wasted appointment to tell me to set a time in two weeks he can possibly see me again for a simple surgical procedure (remove a small bump on my neck).my wife is in the waiting rm appalled by the staff mocking the patients that they had seen earlier in the day. I was checking out and noticed we were the only ones left in the building besides the staff making jokes about the patients they saw that day. Wow, talk about unprofessional,… explains the entire time I wasted.This is definitely not a place for family. I would not recommend this office; they definitely are inconsiderate of your time and seem to enjoy laughing at other peoples misfortunes.
