After a consult with Dr. Thomas Jackson, DMD, I immediately knew I would be in GREAT hands regarding the implant(s) I required, explaining to him my fears/anxieties, allergies, meds that work/those that do not along with Dr. Jackson's awesome ability to explain how the procedure works... from start to finish... prior to, during and after my dental surgery & follow-ups. Dr. Jackson & I, together, opted for 2 procedures instead of a single one. He offered me the option and I felt 2 procedures for my situation would be best. He understood and agreed. This is how he treats & relates to each and every Patient, by simply knowing our names, the person not just the patient and is available once you leave their surgical offices for any questions or anxieties. Dr. Jackson and his awesome Nurses & Staff are all great, including Brenda, Office Coordinator, to the Billing and Insurance liaison. Mrs. Brenda is so welcoming in answering any loose ends one can forget when anxious. In my humble… opinion, Dr. Jackson is the No. 1 Periodontics Surgeon for any Periodontics & Dental Implants, with a loving team around him & his honest ethics. Northeast Arkansas is lucky to have this calm, comfortable, personable Dental Surgeon. I live in Nashville, TN but am from Jonesboro AR. Should ever again I require a Dental Surgeon Specialist, it's guaranteed I'll be driving the 4 hour trip back to my hometown of Jonesboro for the services & personable care Dr. Jackson offers. Don't let the idea of drills or needles keep you from a smile you deserve. If I could award 11 stars out of 10 to Dr. Thomas Jackson, Dr. Michael Thompson and their Nurses & Staff, I certainly would!
