Dr. Thomas F. Jan, DO

I went with my boyfriend here . We got there early then had to leave to get papers he forgot. The girls said no problem. Still came back on time . My boyfriend was told the Dr won’t see you now by the rude staff . A min later as we were about to walk out the dr called him in . In less then one min Dr Jan told my boyfriend I was going to take you 5 mins ago early but you left . He Cursed at my boyfriend and told him to find a new Dr . This Dr uses conduct and does not care about his patients . This is malpractice.

He dismissed my father after years of seeing him rudely and abruptly. He doesn’t care about patients. He should not interact with patients or people for that matter.

Terrible provider. Shouted at a patient while I was in the waiting room. When is it ever OK to yell at a patient? This provider should not be allowed to see patients. He is judgmental, unprofessional, and uncaring. If only I could leave zero stars.

If you need a real multifunctional pain management team this is not the place. Everything I’m reading sounds like this place. I feel negative comments get taken down.

Rude staff, horrible exp. no help from the PA whom I saw, knew nothing of my condition and every decision began with ‘ I talked to Dr. Jan...’ . So no I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone who is in chronic pain. Treated like a criminal, forced to give urine samples like I committed a crime. Only because I said the RX prescribed was ineffectual. BTW, if you read the positive reviews here, you see the same words misspelled, same grammatical errors. Always the same, best doctor ever, 5 stars, no middle range reviews, despite evidence to the contrary by other reviewers. Hmmm. I wonder who is padding the statistics on this site? I wrote a review on another website and it was somehow deleted. Something very wrong about Jan’s office.

Best pain management doctor I know, without addiction to pain meds.

He knows what he is doing and once you get to know him he is Kinder than he may first appear

Dr. Jan Has horrible bed side manner, I also felt worse after leaving his office. The worst thing I ever did was go see him as a Dr. I would never recommend him to anyone that I care about

Not a good experience at all

A sadistic man with a God complex. He enjoys seeing people suffer and gets even more joy after berating them in front of other patients. First visit I had I had to wait because he was having a screaming match with a patient in distress. I wanted to leave but was in so much pain I had to stay. I was rushed in and out all the time, they book patients every ten minutes. No humanity, it's all about power and the money. A callous staff that don't return phone calls or screw up the messages I Ieft.
