From out of town, but originally from Lynnhaven Inlet, this was an Urgent Care visit. Very pleasant, personable, knew what was wrong and explained throughly. Would return there if needed. Thanks, Dr. Thomas Jones and staff.

Dr. Jones ALWAYS takes the time to answer questions and will often use diagrams which is helpful. He is extremely caring and professional. I actually look forward to my yearly physical, really! My encounters with his staff and the clinic personnel have been handled very courteously. I have recommended one or two friends who were totally dis-satisfied with their PCP to see Dr. Jones. They like his manner as well.

DR Jones is a straight forward cut to the chase person. He will tell you like it is. He is very friendly.I would send every one to him.

Dr. Jones is a great doctor. The problem is his practice. It is very hard to get a sick appointment and when you it's 3 weeks away! What is that? The fact is they have way too many patients. Their staff is so unfriendly and they act like they're doing you a favor. I actually hate going there. The only good thing is when I get to see Dr. Jones. He's great but definitely not worth that headache! Their phone system stinks too!
